Example #25. Line Construction for Line-Implicit Relaxation
Contributed by Eric Nielsen, NASA Langley
Lines constructed through the boundary layer for use in line-implicit relaxation.

Due to the highly-stretched grid in this region, the discrete equations are coupled much tighter in a direction normal to the wall, so that solutions can be obtained much more efficiently by using a scheme that is implicit in this direction.
